Five years ago we wanted to create a healthy breakfast that we could eat on the run. We really didn’t like the choices of protein bars on the market, mostly for the taste. A chocolate fudge brownie protein bar never really tastes like a chocolate fudge brownie. So, we hit the kitchen and created our first breakfast muffin. While training clients, we always chat about food and share ideas for better eating. We mentioned this muffin in the studio one morning and clients asked how they could place an order. I realized there was a real desire to get healthy food that tastes good without a lot of added ingredients. They were ordering them by the dozen.We were so happy we decided to expand to other products. So, we went back to the kitchen and the result is now our current line of baked goods.

We add whey protein to our baked goods. Whey protein provides substantial amounts of the essential amino acids that are needed to carry out the functions that proteins perform in the body. The protein keeps you full...so over indulging is seldom a problem when eating our sweet treats! When combined with exercise, whey protein is an excellent source to boost both muscle gain and weight loss and when it comes in the form of a cookie that tastes like your grandmother made, it’s a bonus!

We have spent years perfecting these recipes before bringing them to the public. Life is about balance and sometimes you just need a donut!
